What will the world be like without an angry Kanye West? Perhaps we're going to find out. Kanye has been sentenced to two years probation and 24 anger management classes stemming from a plea deal over a misdemeanor battery charge involving a photographer.
Kanye will also have to complete 250 hours of community service. This is all due to a scuffle Kanye got into with a photographer at LAX last July.
It's tough to imagine Kanye actually going through 24 anger management classes and 250 hours of community service given how much he works and travels. Not to mention his May wedding in Paris. It will be interesting to see if he sticks to it -- and if he doesn't, will he be penalized or even tossed in jail, or will he continually get away with it like most famous people do?
However, the anger management classes could be good for Kanye. There's no doubt that photographers are totally annoying, but no one told him to get involved with Kim Kardashian. Surely on some level he knew that would intensify media interest in him. This is a man who simultaneously wants his "privacy" while bragging about Kim's Instagram belfies and putting her in his videos. Can't have it both ways, Kanye.
Should be interesting to see which community service he selects to do. I feel sorry for whichever place gets stuck with him.
Maybe some anger management classes will be good for his marriage and parenting though.
Do you think Kanye will actually stick to his sentence?
