Yikes! Have you heard that there's a warrant out for Courtland Rogers' arrest right now? Yep. Even Jenelle Evans hasn't been shy about passing the news about her estranged hubby around on Twitter. In fact, Jenelle says she's not surprised at all that he's in trouble with the law.
According to RadarOnline, Courtland is in hot water after allegedly stealing some jewelry from a female friend named Katie McMillan, whom he was staying with in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. (What a nice way to thank someone for letting you crash at their pad.)
And wait until you hear how this gal discovered that the jewels were swiped by Courtland -- because you won't believe how dumb it makes him look.

Would you believe he took them to a local pawn shop and gave his ID when he cashed 'em in?
Oh yes ... that's what Katie is claiming. Here's what she had to say about what happened:
I was trying to help him get into a treatment program and had even talked with a doctor. He was telling me he wanted to get sober and get away from drugs. I figured out he didn’t want any help after a few days. In the last text he sent me, he said he was going to pick up his money. That’s when he left my house and never came back. I now know he meant going to pawn my stuff.
He knew I was going out of town the next day and he couldn’t stay at my house. I think he was hoping I wouldn’t notice my stuff was gone before I left. I definitely noticed it was gone shortly after. It was the stuff I considered sentimental. Two of the rings he did take were actually the most sentimental things I own. They are both rings from each of my grandmothers.
Dude. Seriously? If what Katie is saying is true, no one can blame her for filing a police report in an effort to put Courtland in his place.
He could potentially be charged with felony larceny in this case, which I'm guessing he doesn't want, considering he supposedly told Katie having one more felony on his record will put him behind bars for 20 years.
All for the sake of obtaining a few extra bucks. What a waste.
Do you think Courtland Rogers should go to jail?
