Tori Spelling Takes Baby Finn to Doctor & Dean McDermott Is Nowhere to Be Seen

tori spelling baby finn pediatricianIn the wake of talk of marital turmoil with husband Dean McDermott, Tori Spelling couldn't have looked more worried as she brought 16-month-old Finn into see his pediatrician yesterday without Dean. The mom of four had a cold pack on her toddler's forehead as they entered the doctor's office. Upon leaving, Tori explained to a concerned fan that Finn had a fever, and she was off to pick up medication that would hopefully bring it down, according to Radar Online.

Tori clearly looked extremely concerned, stressed, annoyed, etc. All of which could be attributed to Finn's condition alone, and I'm sure it didn't help that paparazzi were snapping photos of her in the middle of all of this, but it also seems like this was definitely a case where daddy Dean McDermott should've been there.

It is pretty strange that he wouldn't have been in tow to help and comfort his wife and little boy, as well as show some solidarity in the wake of all the buzz about the couple splitting up.

The last time Tori and Dean were photographed together was on January 9 -- the only time they've been seen together in public together in the last six weeks -- that was as they were leaving a building that houses marriage and family counselors. That looked promising! But now, to see Tori looking so distressed, taking care of little Finn with Dean completely MIA, who knows? It's anything but reassuring that they're doing better.

However, Tori was seen wearing her wedding ring. So perhaps this suspicious doctor's visit only means Dean was home caring for their other three kids or working? For the sake of their little ones, perhaps we can only hope that was the case.

Do you take Dean's absence from this concerned trip to the doctor as a bad sign?

Coles... Coles_mom this much ado about nothing story, maybe he stayed home to care for the other THREE children. I know when I have a sick kid, the last thing I want to do is drag the healthy ones to the pediatrician's office - where they're almost guaranteed to be exposed to every germ in existence. This story is rubbish.

It does not require two parents to take a kid to the doctor. I can't count the number of times I've taken kids by myself, or my husband has taken kids by himself. Doesn't mean we're bound to get a divorce because only one of us went to the doctor.

They have 3 other kids. Maybe he was home with them. I have 3 kids and if one is sick than I take them to the doctor while my husband stays home with the others.

I think it's silly to take a kid to the Doctor's office for a fever and ridiculous to think two parents would need to be there if you did.

I don't think 2 parents taking a sick child to the doctor is commonly done. We've never done it and I don't know anyone who does.

So no, I don't think this is some sign. I think the fact that she's not making a statement is your sign. She makes statements about every little rumor that comes along and her silence now speaks volumes.

My husband doesn't come to most of our kids doctor's appointments, but it doesn't mean our marriage is in trouble or he is an absentee dad.  A lot of dads cannot make every appointment because of work or other stuff.  I usually take the kids to the doctor because I used to be an MA so I'm more comfortable talking with doctors and other medical professionals.  I know few husbands/fathers who have the sick days to take off for every appointment.  I wouldn't read much into his absence.

They have three other kids and presumably he has a job. I think my husband has been to two pediatrician appointments in the last five years, one because I was in hospital myself and the second because he was on paternity leave anyway.

Since when does it take both parents to go to a dr appt? My husband went to the first few well check ups and only a handful since then. I usually go solo when I take the boy to the dr.

Ridiculous article! My husband is an awesome dad, but I am always the one to take kids to the doctor. There is no need for two parents, even if the kid is sick.
