Looks like the drama between GG Gharachedaghi and MJ Javid is alive and well thanks to last night's episode of Shahs of Sunset. Just when we thought Reza was taking over the drama spotlight for the season, never fear, the two girls are back at it.
Before we dive into the ongoing drama that is GG and MJ, Lily Ghalichi's dog's birthday party needs to be discussed. Just as elaborate as her own party a few weeks ago, Coconut's celebration was an outdoor pupfest filled with food and friends complete with a dog psychic and dog masseuse that are obviously and totally necessary. Proud mom Lily spared no expense for the big day despite the fact that Coconut and friends probably had no idea what was going on. It was disturbing, to say the least.
Okay, on to the juicy drama. GG had a sit-down with Sasha (who looks like he'll have a reoccurring role on the show), and she told him everything he needs to know about the group. And I mean EVERYTHING. I do have to say though that despite being a catty gossiper, her hair was rockin' sans extensions. But leave it to GG to make a bad situation between friends even worse.
Reza was still burdened from his fight with Sasha and sought help in therapy to discuss the underlying issue. With the therapist's help Reza rationalized his emotions and could finally verbalize where it's all coming from. Tearfully, he realized he needed to apologize to Sasha, and by the looks of next week's preview, he may actually do it.
Reza, MJ, and Asa Rahmati headed out for the night, because who wouldn't want to eat and drink with friends after an intense therapy session? But alas, their fun was cut short when GG and unidentified crew rolled up in an obnoxious drunken fashion. Of course GG confronted them right away, and from there the gloves were off. GG and MJ antagonized each other like 6-year-old siblings, and with the added alcohol, it quickly escalated. GG was still mad at MJ for causing tension between her and her boyfriend who conveniently showed up to try and defuse the sitch.
MJ, out of frustration, apologized to both of them, but in the midst this season's sporadic and quick-moving drama, the episode ended with the focus on GG. I seriously wonder who it will be next week. Mike Shouhed and Jess better keep to themselves because if this pattern keeps up, the drama could be headed their way!
Do you think GG and MJ will ever be good friends again?
