Robert Pattinson & Dylan Penn's Night Out Shouldn't Worry Kristen Stewart

robert pattinson carrying groceriesJust when you were so sure that Robert Pattinson and Kristin Stewart might be getting back together, here comes a source saying they saw the actor back with ... Dylan Penn? Wait, what?! Wasn't she ancient history (at least in a world where a week is filled with about 100 different developments in one man's love life)? Maybe not.

E! reports that Rob and Dylan were both at a private party for the launch of Angie Banicki's new book 30 Before 30 at the Spare Room inside of the Roosevelt Hotel. Whether or not they were actually there together remains to be seen, but the source claims the two were at least hanging out in the same small clique and left around the same time after mingling with guests by the bar area and the back room.

Uh-oh ... so does this mean Robsten fans should be crying in their pillows?

Come on, there's absolutely no proof that this reported night out with Dylan Penn meant anything at all. They may have just been hanging out as friends. In fact, the "sources" tell E! that they "remained friendly" ... as in, platonic. No one saw any PDA going down.

Also, there's equally as much buzz about a Robsten reunion -- even more recently! A friend of Kristen's supposedly told that ever since she jetted to NYC for a film shoot, the pair has "been in constant communication" and apparently "speak on the phone almost every day and also send each other texts and photos. Rob has a way of bringing out her goofy, silly side and vice versa." Apparently, she's due back in L.A. ... And if things are going as swimmingly between them as this friend seems to believe, Rob's probably thinking "Dylan who?"

Then again, this too may be a buncha baloney, but at least it gives Robsten fans some hope that Dylan's just a friend and their favorite Twilight lovebirds are far from done!

Which rumor are you more apt to believe -- Rob seeing Dylan as more than a friend or a Robsten reunion?
