The marriage of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom has certainly hit the "worse" part of "for better or worse," but for months Khloe has remained relatively silent about it -- except for her cryptic tweets. However, with cameras following her 24/7, it was only a matter of time before their troubles hit the airwaves. The latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians showcased more erratic behavior from Lamar, as he continually called her and family members as they were on a (very staged) "alien hunting" trip in the Nevada desert. But for those of us wondering why in the hell Khloe keeps putting up with Lamar's behavior, she finally let us into her reasoning.
"Lamar has been having a really tough time lately and it’s not just black and white," she said to her concerned family. "There’s a lot of emotional issues, and as much as I’m trying to enjoy going camping with my family, I also have to cater to Lamar’s needs. It’s really scary when nothing’s really working and you know if you give up no one in his life would be able to help."

Well, perhaps camping with her family wasn't the thing to be doing at such a time, but the girl has to live her life too. Especially since Lamar keeps disappearing.
Oddly, however, he kept dialing Khloe's family members and Rob confessed that the troubled baller calls him several times a day. Yet, it was also revealed that he'd "cut off ties" with Khloe. Ugh, what a rollercoaster.
The main issue here seems to be guilt: Khloe feels like her hands are tied because Lamar has nowhere else to turn. But the reality is that Lamar is an adult -- he may not have parents to turn to, but he could get therapy. He could check into rehab. He could rely on friends.
Adults have to create their own support systems sometimes. Not everyone is given a large and loving family the way Khloe is.
But the main person you need to learn to rely on is yourself.
Do you think that Khloe has a good reason for not abandoning Lamar?
