'N Sync's Lance Bass Proposes to Boyfriend Michael Turchin & He Said YES!

This Just In 11

lance bassHolidays are always a popular time for new marriage engagements, and it seems Labor Day Weekend is no exception. 'N Sync member Lance Bass has officially announced that he and boyfriend Michael Turchin are gonna get married. Perhaps Bass, 34, was still in a good mood from his recent VMA's performance with Justin and the boys, since it was the first time that he has performed as an openly gay entertainer since coming out in 2006.

Bass and Turchin started dating in 2011. Sources say he proposed to Turchin, an actor, a sometimes model and a self-described "nice Jewish boy" shortly after the VMAs in New Orleans with a black diamond band -- which sounds absolutely stunning we can't wait to see a photo of that! Bass even called Turchin's parents to ask for their permission before popping the question. Awww, who knew Bass was so traditional!

Of course, the big question for us now is, do you think 'N Sync will perform at their wedding?

The obvious:   2 men can't really be married.   Sorry.

There's nothing "traditional" about this! The U S is gonna be the next sodom and Gomorrah!

mustbeGRACE ... there are states in which gay couples can be married ... which by the way does include a man marrying another man. so technically, and legally for that matter, they can.

i say congrats to them. everyone deserves to be happy and marry the one they love whether its a man or a woman.

Sadworld- The murder rate is through the roof, we have children starving, we're still at war, people are losing their homes due to bank greed, people don't even know their neighbors let alone love them, and we'd rather fight our family than concede a point, but go ahead and think that the US is going to be the next Sodom and Gomorrah (which, by the way, was about a city that was unwilling to be hospitable to travelers, and not gays, read your Bible!)
