Sean Lowe Catherine Giudici

After hearing new details about Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici's wedding, I'm not nearly as offended and heartbroken over the fact that I didn't make the guest list.

I mean, the free booze, awesome food, and celeb stalking watching would be great, don't get me wrong -- but based on the route they're thinking of going with their nuptials, it really doesn't sound much different than every other wedding I've attended. (Other than there being TV camera people everywhere and helicopters flying overhead.)

Aside from Sean saying he's hoping to have a few "cheesy" photos taken on their big day (probably stuff like the two of them holding hands and gazing into each other's eyes), it sounds like the wedding will potentially be kinda boring.

Sean's planning on wearing a tux. No big surprise there. And Catherine prefers a "laid back" wedding dress, so I'm guessing we shouldn't expect sequins. And as for the theme of the event? Catherine told Hollywood Life, "Ceremony traditional, modern reception."

Huh. So basically they'll walk down the aisle, run through the same vows most couples use when they tie the knot, kiss, and then head to their "modern" reception -- where Sean can savor his last few hours as a born again virgin.

What the heck does she mean by modern? Will there be iPads on the tables so people can tweet in between meal courses?

For the sake of all of us who will be watching them get married from the comfort of our living rooms, they need to throw a few surprises into the mix to liven things up a bit if it's going to be worth tuning in for.

Maybe at the reception, Sean and his DWTS partner Peta Murgatroyd could do a mash-up performance of all of their dances from season 16. That would be pretty cool.

Or maybe Chris Harrison can set up the altar like it's an official rose ceremony. Then right before they say "I do," Sean can hand Catherine one more final rose. That would be pretty dramatic, right?

Ooo! I know! At the very end of the night, Sean can present Catherine with an envelope (you know where I'm going with this) with a card inside containing an invitation to the fantasy suite. She can read it aloud in front of all their guests -- and then scream "YES!" And then the two of them will be in the back of a limo headed to the hotel faster than the speed of light. (And then ... you know.)

What do you think of Sean and Catherine's wedding plans so far?
