Billy Ray & Tish Cyrus Are Divorcing ... Again

Miley and Tish CyrusHere they go again. Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are headed for divorce once more. According to TMZ, this time it's Tish who filed, citing "irreconcilable differences." That's just what Billy Ray cited when he filed for divorce back in October 2010.

Then all sorts of craziness ensued with Billy Ray blaming Hannah Montana for his problems, and the big panic over the possibility of Bret Michaels becoming Miley's stepfather. Then, strangely enough, they were just back together and the divorce was off ... until today.

They've been married for 19 years, and have five children together, including the most famous Miley, of course. Her younger sister, Noah, 13, is the only minor child, and Tish wants full custody of her. She's also asking for spousal support and compensation for attorney fees.

Will they actually go through with it this time? Who knows? Certainly not Miley from the sounds of it. TMZ captured a tweet from her earlier today (which appears to have since been removed) that said, "@billyraycyrus since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this."

How sad is it that she has to resort to Twitter to get in touch with her own father at a time like this? After he blamed her career before for their family troubles, you'd think he'd want to handle things a little better this time. Ignoring her doesn't sound like a good start.

It just sounds sad all around, and you have to wonder how this has and will affect her engagement to Liam Hemsworth. If nothing else, hopefully it will make her really take a look at their relationship and make extra sure they're ready for marriage to hopefully avoid a mess like this in the future.

Do you think Billy Ray and Tish will actually go through with their divorce this time?
