Now that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are officially finally completely dunzo, we can turn our focus to another dysfunctional Kardashian couple. And who better than big sis Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who seem to have no problem flaunting their perpetual problems purposely. Not that it doesn't come back to bite them ...
They revealed to Ryan Seacrest in their sit-down special Ryan Seacrest With the Kardashians: An E! News Presentation that they actually live out their fights at least twice, thanks to the reality show cameras rolling.
That, I will say, is one of the real downsides of the whole television thing. Just when I think we've worked through something, and we're finally moving forward, a rerun will be on, and I'll be upstairs, and she'll call me. Like, "Hey, so I kinda forgot to say I hated you for this one other thing." And I'm like, "What? I have to relive this again?"
Uh, what a headache. While the whole calling Scott from another room thing and saying "I hated you" (how old are you again, Kourtney?) is truly ridiculous, I can't completely blame either of 'em for getting worked up over disagreements that air again and again. That's got to be aggravating.
And while they never say it explicitly (because they wouldn't dare insinuate that anything isn't REAL!), who wouldn't be surprised if they're actually re-enacting their conflicts or exaggerating them for the sake of the show? And if that's the case, then to add in the fact that they have to face the same sore subject months or years later? Talk about adding insult to injury. Damn, it's no wonder the two have relationship problems! It may be something of a miracle that they can even keep it together.
If this keeps up and they want to keep the peace, maybe the only solution is to just stop watching their own show? Or finally tell momager Kris Jenner they quit.
Do you sympathize with Kourtney? Do you think this might be why they continue to have the same issues over and over again?
