Kardashian Nanny Says Kris Jenner Used to Make Her Cry

kris jennerI don't know what took her so long, but a former nanny for the Kardashians has finally broken her silence. Pam Behan worked for the family for five years and was entrusted with the care of Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob and reported to boss lady and mom in charge, Kris.

In an interview with Celeb Dirty Laundry, Pam reveals that Kris was a raging perfectionist who sometimes made her staff cry.

Color me shocked.

I had no idea Kris was a slave driver who only expected perfection from everyone and wouldn't take anything less. I had no idea she was demanding and over-bearing and "put a tremendous amount of pressure and stress" on herself and her family. I was so surprised to learn that her personality alone was enough to drive a person to tears.

I mean, you don't say.

Here's the thing. In a weird way, the nanny's news sort of vindicates Kris Jenner. If she wanted her kids to lead a perfect, privileged life and put that pressure on them when they were young (young enough to have a nanny, anyway), then I guess we can't really blame the fame for her totally mismanaged priorities.

Sounds like Kris has been nuts since day one, or as I'm sure they refer to it in the Kardashian household: BKST. Before Kim's Sex Tape.

So if Kris had already lost her mind BKST and was making the nanny cry way back when, I guess that means that her daughters' fame hasn't changed her dramatically.

I don't know if that makes it sadder or somehow better, but it would seem that she's been a nitpicking meddler her whole life, even before the cameras were around.

What do you think?

As a PHD in Psychiatry, I have been watching the Kardashian's behaviors and can state with fair certainty that Mrs. Jenner displays narcissistic traits. These characteristics can affect children and may explain why the Kardashian offspring practice materialism to the near exclusion of developing traits including humility, substantive empathy, and non-monetary charity.

I don't know anything about the Kardashians, but a rich mom making a nanny cry isn't anything new. I worked as a nanny for years. There were wonderful people who treated me like family, and there were awful people who treated me like a servant. Being a nanny is a very conflicting job. You are paid to raise another person's children, but you must do it to their standards, whether you agree with them or not.

One man I worked for wanted me to chart his children's academic and physical development and then work them to the bone if they weren't reaching the levels he wanted. His children were severely stressed out (at only 6 and 8!) and it broke my heart.  If they failed to reach his requirements he would blame me. As much as I loved those kids I could only hack it for one year. After I left, him and his wife divorced and the kids now live with her.

If the nanny or staff hated working for her so much, why didn't they just quit? Why did the nanny stay there 5 years? If I'm not happy at a job, there's no amount of money that could keep me there....

Also, if all this is true, I think Kris maybe totally ungrateful and very self-righteous. She would have nothing if it weren't for her exhusband, husband and children.
