See what CafeMoms are saying about saving time this holiday season..
Wow. What a difference a week makes! Bachelor Sean Lowe took on the quick step with partner Peta Murgatroyd on last night's episode of Dancing With the Stars, and I gotta say -- he totally nailed it.
No, I'm not kidding. Seanie-poo danced his heart out. Believe it or not, he actually looked like he was having a good time -- and knew exactly what he was doing.
It's almost like he had some sort of awakening and finally came out of his shell or something. And Sean's transformation was clear from the clips shown of this week's rehearsals.
OMG. Who knew that hiding under his boyish, subdued exterior is a funny guy who enjoys being goofy and doesn't take himself too seriously? I loved the whole bit he did with copying every single move Tristan MacManus made -- even though Tristan seemed slightly annoyed by it. (Lighten up, dude.)
And then there was Sean's performance, which was by far his best dance of the season to date. While watching him dance the quick step with Peta, I was struck by how sure of himself he was, and also how he stepped into the role of a "take charge" kinda guy instead of letting Peta lead him.
Here's the video of Sean's quick step. Watch and see if you notice a difference in his demeanor from previous weeks on DWTS.
Awesome, right? I never thought I'd say this when Season 16 started, but if Sean keeps improving from week to week and maintains this new level of confidence, he may just have a decent shot at making it into the finals.
But one question is still unanswered -- where the heck was this side of Sean during The Bachelor? If he'd been more outgoing and funny instead of timid and reserved, the whole season would've been so much more entertaining. Damn. Can you even imagine how cool it would've been to see confident Sean take on Tierra LiCausi's insanity?
Huh. Maybe they need to go back and film the season all over again with this new and improved version of Mr. Lowe.
What did you think of Sean's performance last night?
