Tonight was the night on Snooki & JWOWW ... though it didn't seem like it was going to be in the beginning as Roger Mathews totally toyed with Jenni Farley and her emotions. He dangled an engagement in front of her so close, it was almost mean.
There was the pink limo, the champagne, the flower petals on the table ... and that was it. After Jenni got wasted and puked, she thought for sure the ring must be in the dessert, but she was wrong -- which was a good thing at that point. Snooki wanted to punch him after Jenni recounted the night, and even Roger was starting to feel bad because her hopes were dashed so badly. Still he made her wait.
A few days later Roger somehow talked Jenni into going skydiving, even though she's terrified of heights. His whole plan hinged on her actually jumping, but there was a good chance that wasn't going to happen given her fear. So it was risky. In a call to Snooki before she went up in the plane, Snooki offered comforting last words, "If you die, don't haunt me."
So up they went. Roger went first, and Jenni was pretty much left with no choice. Then there she was floating through the air. She says she blacked out and doesn't remember a thing, but she'll never forget what happened when she landed.
There was Roger on bended knee in front of a sign covered in rose petals. "I love you more than you can ever imagine," he told her. "I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"
As if he even had to ask. She was shaking so much it was hard to tell if it was from the proposal or from the jump. Then there was champagne and chocolate, and of course, she had to ask how big the diamond was (seven carats!). It was sweet, spectacular, and so them. In other words, it was perfect. Now if she and Snooki could just get to planning that double wedding, it would all be even better.
What did you think of Roger's proposal?
