Warning: This post contains MAJOR spoilers. I repeat -- this post contains MAJOR SPOILERS. Translation: If you aren't a spoilers person, do yourself a favor and stop reading immediately.

According to Reality Steve, the next Bachelorette has already been chosen, and her identity will officially be revealed on The Bachelor "After the Final Rose" special airing on Monday, March 11.

Wanna know who Steve says it is? I'll tell you right after the jump.

Again, if you don't want to know and you keep reading anyway -- prepare to have the surprise ruined. And don't say I didn't warn you.

The next Bachelorette is reportedly Desiree Hartsock, the lovable Katie Holmes lookalike who Sean Lowe sent home right after the hometown dates.

Yep, it looks like Dez will be in the driver's seat the next time around and will have her pick of 25 men to hopefully fall in love with. And it appears as though producers aren't wasting any time in getting the ball rolling on her season, because Desiree was spotted filming "something" on the Santa Monica Pier. Supposedly she was seen gazing out to sea while holding cotton candy -- and she "looked like she was enjoying herself."

C'mon -- cotton candy, the ocean, a camera crew, and a smile on her face? If that's not the perfect recipe for a Bachelorette promo, I certainly don't know what is.

And I guess none of us should really be the least bit shocked if Dez has, in fact, filled the job. Duh. Everyone's in love with her. (Except for Sean.) She's smart. She's sweet. She's fun. And yes, her brother is a real jackass, but maybe he'll be different this time around. Bottom line -- America adores her. And you know what that means, right? Exactly. Ratings GOLD. (Who are we kidding? It's all about the ratings, people.)

Will you be happy if Desiree is really the next Bachelorette?

I think Des will make a great Bachelorette and was the best choice. However, there were times that I watched her on the show and her inner bitch was this close to coming out. Same with AshLee. I don't buy for one second that either of these girls are as sweet as everybody seems to think.

Stacy J Perry

I really like Des! She seems to be very sweet, genuine, and looking for true love! She has great intentions and I only wish her the best!I hope she finds what she is looking for on the show! She deserves to be happy!

Titania Szerelem

No! Her brother is bad news and I'm afraid that her chosen partner wouldn't be welcome in her family because of him. AshLee or Rachel Trueheart would be a LOT better choice!

I wanted Sarah to find LOVE!

Perfect Choice. Producers got it right.

I like the choice of Dez.but I thought they would choose Sarah.. However . I don;t think America was so favorable for Sarah as they are Dez.. I say good for her.. Now she gets 2 choose.. And hopefully that jackass brother does not mess it up for her... I say good luck to HIM being part of that family..

Why do they never get a new woman who we never seen before? Or at least Sarah, she deserves it more than anyone, its about time we get a disabled person on the show as the Bachelorette, why do they always have to have skinny boney ass women or beefy men on it? Everyone deserves love, and before I get bashed No I am not Fat. I am married to the greatest man, and I am disabled. Give everyone a chance, I hope Sarah finds her true soul mate, Men who just use her then say, sorry maybe the next guy, how rude is that?
