The site was created by Virsona. The company creates online virtual personas that “come to life” by entering an archive of memories, events and information that teach the virtual character to respond to questions.

Please note: I found out about this site from a trusted source at a respected PR firm.  I know that this website is legit. But on the site there is no information about the company or who exactly Santa is. I contacted the company and recommended they provide more information on the site. Parents need to know the IM with Santa is safe!
