ian somerhalderFor those of you hoping to see Ian Somerhalder grace the screen as Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie, I have bad news for you: It might not be happening. Ian's a busy guy, what with his current gig on Vampire Diaries, involvement in Ryot News, and commitment to making biodegradable food containers (wha?), so not so sure he's going to be able to pencil this one in.

I know, ladies, I know.

Ian recently uploaded a photo to his Instagram of his lunch, along with the caption: "Damon catching a bite of Pho alone on a rooftop in between scenes. Styrofoam is NO good. I’m going to create a company that makes biodegradable/insulating take out food containers. For those of you want them, they’re coming!" And now some are wondering if he is to, um, embark on this venture, how in god's name will he have time to Christian Grey it up?

At the end of the day I think if Ian wants to play Christian Grey, he'll play him. He might be knee-deep in recyclable cardboard take-out container prototypes, but he's not going to turn it down just because he's too busy ... right? :/
