There is no question that things have been good for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards since she left rehab. Sober for the last year, "It hasn't been easy, but my whole life today is amazing, and I owe it all to my sobriety," she told People. However, not everything is perfect.
She has a better relationship her kids and her sister Kathy, but it wasn't smooth sailing with her other sister Kyle. "When I came home from treatment, I thought it was going to be great," Kim said. "I just didn't expect the response I wasn't getting from Kyle. You'll see [this season], my sister and I have these moments, these bonding moments. And then they go away and then you see more. It's so up and down the whole season for Kyle and I."
For the most part, she says they are finally in a good place. "Kyle and I really were able to put it together this Christmas," she added. She's especially happy that her struggle has inspired so many others. "You have no idea how many people out there have said, 'You have saved me. Because of you, I have 30 days [of sobriety],'" she said. "I cry. It makes me smile. It makes me cry-smile. I smile-cry. It's so rewarding."
Do you think Kim and Kyle's relationship is stronger now?

No. It will never be the same. What sister outs her sister on NATIONAL TV that she's drunk? And Kyle and Mauricio complained what a burden Kim was to her family-also on national TV. She got the help, and everyone who did not publicly out her, she has regained a positive relationship with them. Kyle, and mauricio, not really.
Totally agree with you Leigh Haven't seen or heard her working her 12 steps one being saying sorry for the hurt her drinking has caused to others. Doubt she's actually doing her steps at all.
