brangelinaWhile you were frantically trying to get spilled hot chocolate out of the living room rug Christmas morning as your adorable children tore into materialistic gifts left by a mythical fat man, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were getting married in Turks and Cacaos with 12 nannies in tow. Yup, rumor has it that Brangelina's wedding was on Christmas day at Donna Karan's private estate on the beautiful Caribbean island. Jerks.

Nothing has been confirmed, but sources are claiming that Brad and Angelina were joined on the island by Brad's parents, his brother and sister, and their respective families. Oh, and yes, about those 12 nannies -- Architectural Digest editor-at-large Jeffrey Slonim posted on his blog that someone told him that they saw the gaggle of nannies on hand when Angelina took the kids out to lunch one day. For those of you keeping track at home, that's two nannies per child. Luckies.

Donna Karan's Parrot Cay estate is called Serenity, and from the looks of things, it couldn't be a more perfect place to tie the knot. I hope for their sake they did get married there. I mean, as much as I would've loved a big to-do with millions of paparazzi shots and a two-hour E! wedding special, I can't help but admire their commitment to privacy. And nannies. I also admire their alleged commitment to a dozen nannies.

As far as the rumors that Jennifer Aniston was invited to the wedding, well, if Brangelina did, in fact, make it official on Christmas Day, Jen's invitation got lost in the mail. She was in Mexico with Justin "Jorts" Theroux yucking it up with the likes of Jimmy Kimmel, John Krasinski, and Emily Blunt. In fact, she too might have been planning a Christmas wedding, but ended up calling it off.

I'd venture to guess Jen's not bawling her lonely eyes out over the slight, but there is someone who probably deserves an apology, and that man is Santa.

Way to steal his thunder on December 25, Brangelina. There he was thinking it was his big day, then boom, the two biggest stars in the world solidify their relationship and suddenly it's not called Christmas anymore, it's just called Brangelina's Wedding Anniversary.

Fortunately for everyone, though, gifts are still a part of this re-named occasion. Next year, paper for everyone!

Do you think they got married?
