Britney Spears can't win for losing these days. At the exact same time that she's earning public criticism for not being crazy/interesting enough, she's had this utterly insane lawsuit going on that accused her of fathering her oldest child with ex-husband Kevin Federline's brother Christopher Federline. I mean, which is it, right? Is she boring, or is she a total nutbar who blackmailed and harassed Federline and took $4,500 from his bank account after stealing his credit card?
Well, I couldn't tell you if Ms. Spears is in reality a sparkling conversationalist or not, but one thing's now clear: the lawsuit and restraining order allegedly filed by her former brother-in-law are a hoax. A really, really weird hoax put forth by the same fraudster who recently claimed he was the uncle of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter Adam Lanza.
Man, Britney may not be crazy anymore, but she sure pulls in the weirdos.
According to the lawsuit, Federline’s brother Christopher accused Britney of, among other things, sleeping with him and fathering her oldest son Sean Preston, stealing money from him, and making fun of the size of his penis.
In reality, the suit was dreamed up by a convicted felon named Jonathan Lee Riches, a bizarre individual who has filed over twenty-six hundred lawsuits since 2006. Last June, Riches filed a suit against Kanye West and Kim Kardashian ... for being terrorists.
Clearly this guy is nuts, and I don't know why he's not in jail instead of wasting taxpayer funds on dumb fake lawsuits, but according to Kevin Federline's aunt, Britney's gonna be just fine, y'all:
We pity the hoaxter for believing they could get by such a crazy story and for also believing they could damage the reputation of America’s pop princess. Britney is immune because of the love this country has for her.
Yeah, actually, I'm not sure what's crazier -- the lawsuit, or that statement.
Did you believe this lawsuit against Britney Spears was real?
