I wonder how good it feels for Ashley Hebert & JP Rosenbaum to yell "TOLD YA SO" to everyone who doubted them.
It was hard not to doubt these two -- not because they didn't seem truly in love, but because they met on reality TV. And we all know how that goes down.
Clearly these newlyweds are breaking the mold, and their wedding special airs this Sunday to prove it! But it still makes me wonder, why do almost all of the Bachelor couples fail so miserably? What did JP & Ash do differently? Well, Team Cupcake visited The View yesterday -- and Ashley weighed in on what the other couples have been doing wrong. This could be the answer to all of our Bachelor problems! Ready for this?
I think that people feel like they want it to happen so bad and they don’t actually trust their emotions, they’re not 100% honest, maybe, about their emotions. So I think that, if you stay true to yourself and true to your feelings and you are yourself -- you’re acting like yourself -- you get to know the other person a lot earlier.
I'm going to have to completely agree here. The people that come on the show are hopeless romantics -- they want to find love so damn badly it's almost overwhelming to watch. But what are the chances that the person you're supposed to end up with also went on the show? Not good, apparently.
There's just so much pressure to make it ... and yeah, I'm sure several couples do fake it a little bit. They're probably like, Well ... we're here. And I have this ring. And the cameras are rolling. And everyone's watching. And I mean, you're hot.
I get it. But maybe if future Bachelor contestants take Ashley's advice, they'll end up happier than the rest.

Do you think couples on The Bachelor are faking it?
