Justin Bieber's Grammy Snub Doesn't Make Him an 'Underdog'

Eye Roll 4

justin bieberIt's a rough life, Justin Bieber. Between the babydaddy drama and puking onstage and the troubles with ladyfriend Selena Gomez, you've got to feel for the 18-year-old multimillionaire, right? Especially now that it seems those tough times are just getting tougher: Grammy nominations were announced last night, and Bieber didn't score a single nod. Not one measly mention! Even though his album Believe debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts in June and has sold more than two million copies!

Well, it's just an outrage, I tell you. No wonder the Biebs' manager, Scooter Braun, is shocked. Not to mention dismayed. And he wasted no time posting about his shock and dismay on Twitter. Cause Braun isn't just mad, he's tweetin' mad!!

This time there won't be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain DISAGREE. The kid deserved it. Grammy board u blew it on this one.

Yeah, Grammy board, U BLEW IT. Braun made his message pretty clear, I'd say. But he continued:

The hardest thing to do is transition, keep the train moving. The kid delivered. Huge successful album, sold out tour, and won people over ... this time he deserved to be recognized and I don't really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision I don't agree with.

Okay, thanks for that! Totally hearin' ya, dude. But wait, there's more:

To his fans ... looks like we get to stay the underdog a little longer. Life is long, with many ups and downs, but we get to keep going, everyday brings a new opportunity. NOTHING GREAT EVER CAME EASY.

Waaaait a second. Wait just a second. UNDERDOG?! Justin Bieber is an underdog?!

I'm sorry, Scooter Braun, but you need to go out and buy yourself a dictionary, because in no way, shape, or form can any 18-year-old multimillionaire pop star be considered an underdog. Can we get a little perspective here, people?!

Do you think Justin Bieber deserved a Grammy nomination?
