Clearly, Rihanna and Chris Brown are together. I mean, who are we kidding here? First, there was the kiss they shared at the VMAs. Then there was the report of the two dirty dancing together at a club. Then they were photographed holding hands at a private Jay-Z concert a few weeks ago. And finally there was that super weird video Brown posted to his Twitter, basically saying that he loved Rihanna. Or not. To be honest, I don't know what the hell that video said. But it definitely had something to do with Rihanna.
So, why the hell are we getting an unofficial "announcement" that the couple are going to officially "announce" their relationship any day now? We do have eyes, you know.
Reports have been swirling around lately at a feverish pace, saying that once Rihanna's new album, appropriately entitled Unapologetic, is released, it's on. Chris and Rihanna will unveil their terribly-hid relationship to the world. Rihanna even hinted at her rekindled romance with Brown in her interview with Vogue, saying: "I feel like as soon as [the public] has closure to it, they will ... But they’re not on the inside. They can’t see what I see, unless they’re sitting in my point of view. I guess I’ll learn to accept that."
Basically, what she was trying to say was: Rihanna and Chris sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G ...
Dude, just "come out" already. Everyone already knows you two are together. The longer you guys drag this facade/not facade out, the more interest it's going to pique, the more publicity it's going to get. Just rip it off. Like a Band-Aid. Make your debut, then everyone will get over it.
Unless, of course, that's not what you guys want. If you want something else -- like, yes, publicity -- then keep on keepin' on. You guys are doing everything totally right.
What do you think?
