Oh, Miami, I want to believe in you, I really do, but you're not making this easy. When the biggest drama on tonight's episode of RHOM was over Karent Sierra managing to tweet out a picture before Adriana De Moura, well, we've got problems, ladies.
It was a bit obnoxious when Karent wanted a picture with the famous artist that Adriana worships, but then again so was Adriana actually getting on her knees in front of him. The fact that Karent actually tweeted out her picture first, however, sent Adriana into a rage. "Don't beat me to the tweet!" she told cameras. Only Karent had no idea she'd done anything wrong ... at first.
The ladies have managed to break off into two competing groups, as housewives tend to do. On one team is Adriana, Leah Black, and Ana Quincoces. On the other is Joanna Krupa, Karent, and Lisa Hochstein. Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton are pretty much floating in the middle (for now), though Marysol and Leah certainly have their issues.
Adriana, for whatever reason, seems to have it out for Karent, and did her best to sway her group against her. She acted out the scene that went down with the whole stolen Tweet and made Karent look like an idiot. Only problem -- Lisa was there and ready to run and tell Karent everything, which Adriana likely knew was going to happen.
And it did -- at dinner Lisa revealed the whole thing to Joanna and Karent. Then they took their turn making fun of the other women and channeled LuAnn de Lesseps in their assessment of them, "Money can't buy you class ... but it can buy you an ass." I smell a hit single. They even came up with a secret symbol to clue each other in when the other women are getting out of line. Subtle it was not.
The only other blip of drama came from Joanna and Romain. He told her he'd leave her if she gets drunk and acts out again. She told him she'd leave him if he cheated on her, which a call at 4 a.m. told her happened. It feels like only a matter of time before those two are dunzo, but it's no matter for Joanna because plenty of guys are lining up for her. Of course, Romain better beware Marta who's ready to chop his balls off. If she'd at least try, that might pep things up a bit. Otherwise, unless they seriously turn up the heat soon, I'm afraid Miami may be a lost cause.
What do you think of Real Housewives of Miami so far? Do you think Karent's behavior was that obnoxious?
