Crazy Ramona Singer Blames ‘Slutty Island’ Trip on Bravo
Sounds like Aviva Drescher had a meeting with the New York Daily News because a "source" spilled some gossip to the paper about the trip The Real Housewives of New York took to St. Barts. The source claims that Ramona and Sonja were so drunk and debaucherous that they were hurling things at the cameras and straddling the film equipment, naked. Producers were evidently appalled by their behavior and sat the "ladies" down to have a conversation about what is and what isn't appropriate. In case you were wondering, Ramona's 55 and Sonja's 48.
But of course, Ramona has a rebuttal. She's taken that glass of Pinot Grigio away from her lips long enough to defend herself, and her excuse? Oh, you guys, Ramona said she was just exhausted on the island after a long day of working. YUP! Working.
Here's what she told WetPaint:
The day we arrived in St. Barts, we worked non-stop from 4 a.m. until 11 p.m. <Glug> Typically, the cast is given half a day to recover from traveling. <Glug> That didn’t happen in this case. <Glug> <Glug> <Glug>.

Anyway! Can you believe that Ramona just said her behavior is excusable because she was so tired from all that hard work she did? I guess sitting by the pool, flitting around a multimillion-dollar island mansion, and eating delicious foods prepared by delicious chefs was just too much for her. TOO MUCH!
Last time I checked, having a camera crew follow you around isn't the same as working a 19-hour shift at the canning factory. And if it is, in fact, so hard to be on a reality show, what, exactly, are we missing?
Are there rehearsals? Table reads? Does Ramona have a quota of wine she must get through per her contract with Bravo? Is Andy Cohen in the background dressed in shorts and a sweatband, making the women warm up by jumping up and down and yelling, "You're down here!" "I'm up here!" over and over?
If not, then Ramona needs to STFU. Working! Please. What an embarrassment.

I totally agree with the Aviva comments. She is a spoiled, self centered brat. Her dad is a sicko and she thinks he is charming what does that say about her. Her husband is a spineless dweeb!! I thought Ramona was the
villainess until you brought Aviva aboard.. can't wait until the next episode love the show!!

Everyone seems to forget that Ramona put on her holier than thou face when the countess was making her music video and would not attend because she didn't want to do anything that would embarass her daughter. I'm sorry Ramona, I think flashing your 'friend's' husband and walking around naked at every turn constitutes embarassment far greater than having your mug in some video. You don't get to play it both ways. Either you are incensed when someone does nude photos (Alex) or it's ok for you to walk around naked, not both ways. And you know what? Nothing ever seems to be your fault when you are criticized for your boorish behavior. You are starting to give Kelly a run for the crazy money. Lay off the sauce.

There is something seriously stupid about these wives. I've been on trips with my girl friend and we had a few drink , but we kept our ass's n breast covered and never took any strange men into our rooms. Let them drink, but keep them from getting chit face, no fun in watching a drunk woman. If their that drunk stop the filming.

Well we know how much WORK it takes for Ramona to unpack/repack etc...except she doesn't lift a well manicured finger, I remeber the trip LuAnn set up and Ramona had a CRAZY list of stuff that she wanted done for her and a luandry list of what she demanded to have in her room. Then she treats "the help" (her words) like crap, "Oh my God you need to untangled my nechlaces before you put them on the dispay stands, my sheets need to by changed 2 times a day and don't give me any of those nasty 300 count thread sheets, hangers, where are my hangers, I guess I'll go steal them from someone elses (Cindy) room.
It must be exhausting to be such a classless bitch ALL THE F-ING TIME!!!
