So much for an amicable split. After a respectful, joint statement that they were separating, the divorce battle between Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif is turning quite nasty.
During a court hearing regarding custody for their three sons, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and plastic surgeon both went into attack mode.
Fans are used to Maloof's sharp tongue, especially when she is annoyed with her scrubs-sporting hubby. But Nassif claims he was victim to more vicious blows off-camera. His lawyer alleged she was physically violent towards her soon-to-be ex-husband.
The glam housewife had a few damaging allegations of her own. She filed a declaration stating that he had endangered their boys Gavin, Christian, and Colin on several occasions. According to TMZ, one of the incidents happened months ago when Nassif was allegedly drinking while kayaking with his brood. As for the abuse claims, Maloof swears it was her hubby who was violent, not her.
Looks like the low blows aren't just reserved for her catty frenemies. I suppose it's no surprise the pair would start hitting below the belt. A lot of money, pride, and publicity are probably at stake.

She's richer than snot as his he so it's not like either is going to the poor house. Just fricking divide your houses up and move on. Who wants to air their dirty laundry in public.
She not rich her family is rich, she won't be rich till the older members of the family pass. So many trust fund kids always lay claim to the fortune before they ever really have it.
She's the "hard to please type". He could never satisfy her snooty expectations. It's a miracle they slept together 3 times!!!
I can believe she was the violent one. Didn't she hit him several times on the first show of the first season. She comes from a monied family and is used to having her way. As much as i like her on the show, i can really believe, in the case of this divorce, that what he says about her is true.
i'm shocked to hear they are divorcing. I would say i can see her being violent, not him. she seemed really bitchy last season.
Adrienne has shown her true colors...her nastiness goes below the belt...she sounds like she is trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, grasping for straws to come up on something on Paul ....he has always shown to be a happy go lucky person on the show...she always had a bitchy side to her; Adrienne, show some class, suck it up, stop manipulating and twisting the truth.
