So apparently Heidi Klum is fornicating with the help, as Seal accused his ex ... or at least she's dating it. Today on Katie, Klum told Katie Couric that she is, in fact, dating her bodyguard, Martin Kirsten. 

Based on all of the pictures we've seen, I can't say it's a shocking revelation, but she gave it more context. When Katie asked if they were in a relationship, Klum hesitated a bit. "I don’t even know if I can call it that, you know? she said. "It just started so I don’t know. I don’t know where it’s gonna go."

She was adamant, however, that they began their romance AFTER her breakup with Seal in January not during her marriage as Seal previously implied. "I’ve never looked at another man while I was with him," she said.

But in the past four years that Kristen worked for her family she said she got to know him well:

He’s cared for our entire family, mostly for our four children, helped us tremendously... I trust him with my children’s life. He’s a great man, you know, and we just got to know each other from a completely different side.

Cue the Whitney Houston music.

I love Heidi and want nothing but happiness for her, but as wonderful as her bodyguard sounds, it is awfully soon after her split from Seal to just pick up with someone again. It's totally her right to do so, but I always wish people would wait at least a little while to move on with someone else after a long-term relationship out of respect or something -- especially when kids are involved. I can't imagine how confusing it must be/will be for her children when and if they find out about the relationship.

I'm also not banking on Heidi and Martin's relationship lasting long term, so I worry about her going through more heartbreak. Anyway you look at it, he is the rebound guy, and those typically don't end up faring so well in the long run. Not to mention, remember how The Bodyguard ends? Hint: It's not happily.
