Looks like Britney Spears' team isn't taking any chances. During the nationwide auditions phase of X Factor, they made sure all the alcohol was removed from every place she was scheduled to stay even before she arrived.
Now die-hard fans are wondering if this is a sign that Brit is at risk of sliding back into some seriously bad habits.
Who could forget the megastar's troubled past. At her lowest, a judge said she was a "habitual, frequent, and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances and then forced her to undergo weekly random drug testing.
Those days are long gone, of course. Britney has staged a comeback even former legendary bad boy Robert Downey, Jr. would be impressed with. But the mandate from her staff is startling:
Very important: We require you to empty the minibars of all alcohol. And no gifts of wine or any other alcoholic beverages, please.
So far, the singer has been all business and has certainly impressed boss Simon Cowell. "In the past, we've had judges who never say no. She can't say no quick enough on this show," he has said. "She's quite difficult to please. But she's a fascinating person and I got to like her a lot." We do too. It's hard not to root for Britney after watching her grow up in the spotlight, battle some really embarrassing demons, and then overcome them. She's clearly back on top and we just hope she stays there.
Do you think Britney is back and better than ever?

It's common for former alcoholics to not want alcohol anywhere near them. My dad used to be one, and says he would love a glass of wine with dinner. Unfortunately for him, he cannot stop at just one. So for my family to help him in his sobriety, (going on 25 years) we don't drink in front of him, or talk about drinking, except for when we turned 21 and he warned us about our genetic propensity to drink and not stop.
Something that people fail to understand is that an alcoholic is NEVER "used to be"... they are ALWAYS an alcoholic. They may be sober for 20 years, and they are still an alcoholic. They are simply in recovery - hence the motto "one day at a time". She is smart to do this, and those around her are obviously keeping her best interest at heart.
awesome I don't drink so . most recovering alcholics can not have it around them
