Luckily for Breaking Dawn, Part 2 promoters, it does seem that the healing has begun in the aftermath of Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal. Kristen made her first red carpet appearance while Rob and the Twilight cast hit the MTV VMAs. Kristen got herself a new house, and Rob is looking to live between LA and London. All that and no one has died of heartbreak or anxiety or shame. Hooray!
Kristen, in particular, is putting on a bold face and trudging forward to meet her professional duties. On the red carpet the other night, she said:
To be honest, I was just kind of telling myself, like, just don't black out. Be there, don't just figuratively put your head down and barrel though it. Be there, appreciate it. Luckily, very, very much I was able to do that.
Wow, what is she on? So brave in the face of the harsh criticism she's been getting. And when asked about her upcoming reunion with Rob for the Twilight finale, Kristen's response was equally as surprising.
Talking about the Breaking Dawn, Part 2 promotional events ahead, where likely she and Rob will reunite publicly for the first time since their breakup, Stewart said, "We're going to be fine. We're totally fine."
Wow, who put the Xanax in her Wheaties? You go, girl! She's handling this like a champ, especially for a typically anxious woman. Unless, of course, she means "F.I.N.E." in the Aerosmith sense of the word, which for you younglings, stands for "fucked up, insecure, neurotic, and emotional." That would make more sense to me, considering the gnarly circumstances. Or maybe, eh em, she's just mildly sedated. Raise your hand if you would be! (Raises both hands high)
Of course, what I think she really means is she and Rob will get up there, grit their teeth, temporarily numb out their broken hearts, and do their jobs. We've all had to do it at some point. Turn off the emotion and get through our commitments and hope we live to tell about it. I'm anxious just thinking about what they have to endure. But they will be FINE, right? Sigh. Pass the Xanax.

Yeah I've since gotten all "It's not right for women to hit men", but at the time that shit felt good. Can't say I really feel sorry for him now either.
I have no ill feelings for any of my exes, most I stayed friends except a couple I lost contact with. I would not feel weird seeing them in public. I don't think Kristen was on anything, what she said sounded perfect to me. I think she is just trying to heal and move forward. I think they will get back together after Rob is over the shock. :) I hope so.
She was actually smiling in some of the pictures I've seen from this event. I still hope she and Rob can make it work, but it doesn't look likely at this point. Maybe she's attempting to grow up.
What ever happens, it just happens! We can't do a thing about it at all. Rob, does need time to really think about they had together, & what was missing. Yea, I'm like most of the Twilight fans, & want them to be together always, but its a hard industry they are in. Seems few make it together for very long. I wish, nothing but success, & happiness always. Boohoo, yes I'm crying.
