leann rimesWhen news first broke about LeAnn Rimes entering treatment for stress and anxiety, word was that cyber-bullying had pushed her over the edge. Now, it seems, the "real" reason is emerging. Sources tell Us Weekly the country crooner is worried that hubby Eddie Cibrian is cheating.

Not that those fears should come as a big shock to anyone. After all, they did first get together while they were both married to OTHER PEOPLE. I bet their exes Dean Sheremet and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville are crackin' a smile right now.

According to the magazine, LeAnn is totally consumed with the idea that her husband will cheat on her. "LeAnn has had major insecurity issues since she first got together with Eddie," a friend told Us. "She's been stressed about always being called a home-wrecker and also worried that Eddie is cheating on her. She's been on a downward spiral."

Seems like the perfect time for Brandi to gloat, but the reality star is taking the high road. "I totally support LeAnn's decision to enter rehab -- my top priority is my children, and at the end of the day we are a family," she said in an exclusive statement to Us. "LeAnn is their stepmom, and they love her. I am wishing her all the best and I hope she will find what she is looking for while in rehab."

Well LeAnn, I'm not sure if your fears are founded. It could just be paranoia mixed with lingering guilt over how your first marriage ended. But I will leave you with a few words of wisdom from my Granny Ethel Mae: "If he'll do it with you, he’ll do it to you."

Was LeAnn fooling herself thinking Eddie would be faithful to her? Or is he just paranoid?
