Poor Rob Kardashian. The dude just can't seem to break out of his famous sisters' shadows and become something substantial on his own. Tonight on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, we saw the stress of it all cause him to break down big time.
From feeling left out during the big interview with Oprah Winfrey to nobody caring that he wants to open a Dash store for men, he was frustrated and worried about his prospects. "I literally have no income," he said. Most of his frustration was directed at "Princess Kim", who he called selfish and a few other choice words when she wouldn't help him with his business ideas and didn't want him to use the name Arthur George for his clothing line because it's too close to the name of her high-end clothing line, Robert George.
Khloe and Kourtney were also fed up with Kim and her diva ways. First she totally tried to bulldoze everyone else's opinions when it came to their new makeup line, then she indicated she wanted to do some business by herself. Khloe especially was furious about this, telling her that she could do a million deals by herself too, but she doesn't because she likes doing it with her sisters. She said Kim diluting their brand would be bad for business and that she was selfish for wanting to do so. Kim was just kind of bitchy about it all.
Khloe decided the best way for everyone to work through their problems was to go to therapy. Kim didn't want to go, and neither did Kris Jenner, who doesn't believe in it, but they went to appease the rest of the gang. Good thing, since the real issue everyone seems to have is Kim's egocentricity, which is just propelled by Jenner who puts her up on a platform.

Jenner's favoritism toward Kim was brought up in the therapy session as a big issue. The craziest part to me is that Jenner doesn't deny it at all. She could have said she loves all of her children equally or something, but she never did; she just said she got too busy to tell them all they did a good job when they do it. She's going to work on it, but Kim is still the favorite.
When the focus turned to Rob and how he felt like a loser in his sisters' shadow, he almost immediately broke down. Hard. He ran out of the room, and Khloe followed. Khloe was shocked that therapy had gone this deep and this far, but it's been clear for a long time that Rob has some issues. Hopefully this will be the start of him working some of them out and helping him focus on ... something.
Random final note -- would you not die to have all those shoes and clothes Kanye made Kim clean out of her closet? Bible.
Do you think Kim acts like a diva amidst her own family? Do you feel sorry for Rob?

Ugh, Poor Rob.. That was painful to watch! Although not suprising, as most of the men in the Kardashian equation generally get steamrolled over. While Kourtney and Khloe seem less negative with their squashing of his thoughts/ideas/opinions, Kim always seems to just let him have it with some hurtful stuff. It feels suffocating just to watch it, I can't imagine living it. Kris should have stepped up and expressed her EQUAL love of all of her children, her lack of reaction just solidified everyones feelings of her favoring Kim. It would do Kim and the rest of the family alot of good if Kim would just take a step back, keep some thoughts to herself and let other people be able to breathe around her. But then how exciting would that reality show be right? Oh well, hopefully Rob gets the success he needs and can feel good that he did it on his own.
Gee, maybe he should get a real job and move the hell away from those crazy bitches. Yes, job - not clothing line, makeup line, perfume line, acting - a real job. 'Cause the public does not care about you and frankly, neither does your mama. So get away from all of them before they do even more damage to you.
Yeah. I'm watching it now, and I feel sorry for Rob. Khloe and Kourtney seem to try to be supportive of Rob and his ideas, and Kim just shoots it down. Did anyone else hear Kris go to Kim and say "Of course my favorite daughter is down here first" during the Oprah interview? I also think that that clan has no balance. Either they are too wrapped up in theirselves to realize what is going on in a family members life, or they are overly concerned and overly involved. Some balance IS needed.
on a side note, rob would make a great actor since i'm sure that whole show was mostly full of bs. how does one therapy sesh bring out so many REAL feelings? while i'm sure it's not all short-sighted and there's some truth to it there's no therapist that's THAT good, especially one that would allow such a circus on tv with their name on it.
I think Rob is the best thing in that family
