Looks like the claws are out early for Dancing With the Stars All-Stars. It doesn't premiere until September 24, but pro Karina Smirnoff is already sizing up the competition and there is one person she isn't the least bit worried about -- Bristol Palin.
Among all the women coming back -- Kelly Monaco, Shawn Johnson, Melissa Rycroft, and Kirstie Alley -- Smirnoff says the Life's a Tripp star has no chance of winning that mirror ball trophy.
"I'd be very, very surprised if [Bristol Palin] won," she said. "Bristol was not known as the best dancer of [her] season. ... There was so much controversy when she was on." She's not kidding. She may have made it to the season 11 finale, but it was pretty clear it wasn't Palin's dancing that earned her viewer votes. She was an incredibly stiff and awkward dancer.
Though Smirnoff doesn't sound that impressed with any of the ladies slated for the show. "The women are very strong, but the male celebrity guests are a little bit stronger overall," she said. "I mean, we have an Olympian male guest -- Apolo Anton Ohno. I'm sure he'll go very far."
As for her who she'll be partnered with, she's isn't worried: "From Joey Fatone to Gilles Marini to Emmitt Smith. Whoever it is, I can't go wrong."

It wasn't a swipe. She made a true statement. She was not one of the best.
I agree its no secret Bristol wasn't a great dancer. However, I know a lot of people that hate her politic's but voted for her because they felt she was a 'real' person struggling on a really hard show. I was proud of her for trying and she did get better every week, but she shouldn't have won. I will admit I missed the last season because I've been bored with the celebrities they've had on, but this should be a good season with the all stars.
I agree with Wamom. I think many people vited not only for politics, but to support someone who tried show after show, even after fellow celebrities were nasty and said nasty things of here family. I enjoyed her spirit. But I also believe that she shouldnt be the winner either.
