Jenelle EvansMark it on the calendar. Jenelle Evans' latest scandal actually leaves her looking like the good guy. The fact that it revolves around yet more nude photos of the Teen Mom 2 star doesn't change that.

Evans' troubles are numerous, and largely of her own making. But when James Duffy threatened on Twitter (in a tweet that has since been removed, although retweets remain) to release photos of her pleasuring herself and in other rather delicate positions, it's pretty clear who has crossed the line.

James Duffy is the creep, and Jenelle is the victim.

Yes, victims can have a long history of trouble with the law, an assorted collection of mugshots, and a rotating place on tabloid covers for scandals. A sordid past doesn't mean anyone has the right to threaten to take their private photos public.

Should Jenelle have allowed someone to take photos of her giving a guy a blow job? Probably not. But the fact that Jenelle has admitted these photos exist (she claims were stolen from boyfriend Kieffer Delp's phone) doesn't change anything. She deserves our sympathy right now.

Duffy is a former boss of Jenelle's, one she's been battling in court for months. Both have had the other charged with cyberstalking, and she's said in the past (through her lawyer) that she's afraid of Duffy and what he might do to her.

Most of what Duffy has done is mock her online and come to the defense of anyone who is on Jenelle's bad side. Just this week he stuck his nose into the court drama between Jenelle and ex-fiance Gary Head, proclaiming Gary "innocent" despite any actual solution in court.

It's childish. It's ridiculous. But like it or not, that comes with celebrity. Threatening to release naked photos of her on the other hand, crosses that threshold from "price of being in the public" to "complete invasion of privacy."
