Ok, out of all of the episodes of The Bachelorette so far this season, none of them even come close to topping the delicious dose of reality TV drama that went down tonight. And as soon as Emily Maynard admitted knowing about Arie Luyendyk's secret dating past with Bachelorette producer Cassie Lambert -- I knew we were in for some good old fashioned drama.
And as much as I've kinda liked him since the very first cocktail party, I figured this was going to be the end of the road for Arie. Because when you find out the guy you are falling for dated a girl you know and didn't bother to tell you about it -- that's usually a huge red flag. And I couldn't wait to see the look on his face when Emily finally confronted him.

But then Chris Harrison announced that Arie, Emily, & Cassie had sat down together off camera and had a nice little chat -- and everything was all good between them again. And then Emily & Arie wound up sitting on top of a boat in the river in Prague and staring into each other eyes -- and then he had to go ahead and drop a big old "I love you" on her. And then he started kissing her and I remembered how totally hot he is and realized that I probably wouldn't care if he kept secrets from me either. (Dude knows how to make out like a pro.)
But as it turns out, Arie isn't the only man on the show who hasn't shown Emily exactly who he is -- until tonight. Because all of the remaining guys revealed their true colors tonight, even though some weren't exactly pretty.
Um, I guess I'll just go ahead and put it out there that Chris strikes me as that guy who you find randomly standing next to your bed staring at you in the dark in the middle of the night leaving you to wonder whether he's sleepwalking or just plain crazy. (We'll leave it at that.)
And then there's Doug, who I can't decide whether to laugh or cry over. (Yes, of COURSE I'm laughing.) Thank God Emily realized he was never going to step up to the plate and sent him home before we had to witness any more painfully awkward moments of him freaking out over their knees touching.
On the opposite side of awkward -- you have Sean pushing Emily up against a wall and kissing her, giving Arie & his fancy smooching skills a run for their money. (Seriously, who is this forward dude and where has he been hiding all season?)
And that brings us to Jef, who was perhaps the biggest surprise of Emily's week in Prague. When he professed his love to Emily while holding a puppet, he captured my heart in the process. (Yes, I'm being totally serious. I LOVE me some Jef.) And then he made the absolute BEST comment in the history of The Bachelorette by looking at Emily and saying, "I want to date you so hard and marry the fu&% out of you." (AWESOME. Pure AWESOME.) But what's up with his parents being "committed to some stuff for a couple of years?" (What exactly does that mean?)
The final surprise of the night came with Emily choosing to send John home instead of Chris, which may or may not turn out to be a pretty bad move. John may not have been the best at wooing her -- but I'm pretty sure he's got all his marbles, which is a plus for sure.
Judging from the drama that went down tonight, I can't wait to see what unfolds on the hometown dates next week. And maybe if we're lucky, a few more skeletons will find their way out of the closet.
Who is your favorite out of Emily's remaining four men -- Arie, Sean, Chris, or Jef?
