London is calling for all of The Real Housewives of New York City except for Ramona Singer who still hasn't been invited by Heather Thomson. One by one she's issued a giddy invite to each of the other ladies, but despite Ramona's not-so-subtle hints, Heather seems determined to diss Ramona.
Oh she says it's no diss; that it's because she doesn't think Ramona likes her. But she knows exactly what she's doing, and it's a downright diss fueled by anger over Ramona telling her she talks too much, plain and simple. She seems determined to get the rest of the girls on her side too, and it's not proving too difficult.
Countess LuAnn de Lesseps -- who Carole Radziwill brilliantly diagnosed with "Royal Tourette's Syndrome" for her constant dropping of royal names -- was even invited, and seems to find Heather pretty rad for not inviting Ramona. She called her "gangsta chic," which was just so embarrassing and sounds like fodder for one of her horrific songs (please God, no!).
Heather and Ramona even met for drinks, but that just led to more head butting ... and no invitation. At Sonja's party when Ramona proclaimed to Heather that she always invites everybody and loves to be inclusive, Heather didn't flinch. She's not budging, and Ramona's not getting an invite.
And it was killing Ramona. It also killed her that her BFF Sonja Morgan is going on the trip without her. She accused of her being disloyal and a whole bunch of other ugly things before she stormed out of Sonja's party. Sonja was right to be upset that Ramona was only thinking about herself when she did that.
As for the Heather/Ramona feud, I understand why Ramona is upset and whether Heather calls it a dig or not, that's what it is. I don't think you always need to invite everyone to everything, but in this case -- that's what Housewives do on these little girl vacations/disasters. Heather is new, but I'm sure she knows it, and it' silly for her to play dumb. It's not like Ramona did anything all that hurtful to her, and she just looks petty and childish for making such a bold move to make Ramona the odd girl out.
While I think Ramona can be rude and totally obnoxious, I find Heather annoying, and I can't help but feel bad for Ramona here. I know she's not the easiest person to be around, but Heather's little slight is a pretty big blow. In the end it's her little trip and her rules, but she'd be a lot better off if she'd just invite Ramona and sit back and enjoy the show. Ramona is pretty entertaining if nothing else.

I think Heather is right, they do not need to invite everyone to everything! Come on how old are you?? And in addition it is a working vacation. I would not invite her to something she can ruin with just one damn comment! Ramona get over yourself, you are looking really childish for expecting the invite, then trying to pursuade, then getting mad at friends that are going! Again childish, caddy, inappropriate - oh ya Ramona- HAHA
Ramona is a drunken bully. I wouldn't have invited her either. When you don't get to take a girls weekend very often, wouldn't you rather it be fun, instead of stressful?
WTF happened to adult judgement, is is automatically suspended for a TV show? Since when are you required to invite someone you don't like to be around to something that is not required attendance (I.e. wedding/funeral/etc.)? I believe Heather can invite and not invite whomever she chooses, just like those invited can accept or decline. Now if you want to discuss if it is good TV to not invite or to invite that's different, but no social rules were broken. Maybe Ramona can call Jill and they show up unannounced like Jill did last year!
I wouldn't invite Ramona to a teeth cleaning, that is one classless, crazy ass b*&%$! Heather is going there on business, I can't imagine what would happen if Ramona went all Ramona at a business meeting?? Heather would be in the unemplyment line!
Heather can invite and uninvite anyone she pleases, it's her bash and having the Ramonacoaster around is just drama waiting to happen! I am all team Heather!
Heather is AWESOME!! She summed it up perfectly at the end of the episode-inviting Ramona would be confirming all the nasty things Ramona accused her of being (fake, etc.)
