London is calling for all of The Real Housewives of New York City except for Ramona Singer who still hasn't been invited by Heather Thomson. One by one she's issued a giddy invite to each of the other ladies, but despite Ramona's not-so-subtle hints, Heather seems determined to diss Ramona.
Oh she says it's no diss; that it's because she doesn't think Ramona likes her. But she knows exactly what she's doing, and it's a downright diss fueled by anger over Ramona telling her she talks too much, plain and simple. She seems determined to get the rest of the girls on her side too, and it's not proving too difficult.
Countess LuAnn de Lesseps -- who Carole Radziwill brilliantly diagnosed with "Royal Tourette's Syndrome" for her constant dropping of royal names -- was even invited, and seems to find Heather pretty rad for not inviting Ramona. She called her "gangsta chic," which was just so embarrassing and sounds like fodder for one of her horrific songs (please God, no!).
Heather and Ramona even met for drinks, but that just led to more head butting ... and no invitation. At Sonja's party when Ramona proclaimed to Heather that she always invites everybody and loves to be inclusive, Heather didn't flinch. She's not budging, and Ramona's not getting an invite.
And it was killing Ramona. It also killed her that her BFF Sonja Morgan is going on the trip without her. She accused of her being disloyal and a whole bunch of other ugly things before she stormed out of Sonja's party. Sonja was right to be upset that Ramona was only thinking about herself when she did that.
As for the Heather/Ramona feud, I understand why Ramona is upset and whether Heather calls it a dig or not, that's what it is. I don't think you always need to invite everyone to everything, but in this case -- that's what Housewives do on these little girl vacations/disasters. Heather is new, but I'm sure she knows it, and it' silly for her to play dumb. It's not like Ramona did anything all that hurtful to her, and she just looks petty and childish for making such a bold move to make Ramona the odd girl out.
While I think Ramona can be rude and totally obnoxious, I find Heather annoying, and I can't help but feel bad for Ramona here. I know she's not the easiest person to be around, but Heather's little slight is a pretty big blow. In the end it's her little trip and her rules, but she'd be a lot better off if she'd just invite Ramona and sit back and enjoy the show. Ramona is pretty entertaining if nothing else.
Do you think Heather is wrong to exclude Ramona?

GOOD FOR HEATHER !!! Who wants a bully who is always drunk along to cause problems. Let Ramona sit at home with a bottle of her wine and boss her wierd husband around. He acts like HE wants to be a housewife !!!
yea i agree Roman is a bully, she insults people then gives half hearted apology, then insults them again. Every one is not attracted to crazy. She may would like just to have a good time with out being told you talk too much, or what other insult Ramona comes up with
ramona comes up with.
RAMONA HAS A DAMAGED BRAIN FROM "THE DRINK". THEY SAY THE REAL YOU COMES OUT, AND SHE IS A PROVOCATOUR AND A BULLY.
If I was going on a vacation the last person I'd invite to come along with me would be Ramona. She's drunk, rude, and insists on being the center of attention at all times. She takes pregnancy tests at other people's parties. Why would anyone want her there?
What is wrong with Ramona, does she have a Neurology problem, seems to me she can't stop her eyes from rolling or her head from rocking and is always flying her arms and hands around. OH and hell no I would not ask her on a trip, looks to me like she's already tripping or been on a trip and lost half her luggage.
Way to go Heather! Ramona runs her mouth and, when she offends someone, it becomes all about her and her childhood and this is how she expresses herself. WELL...you expressed yourself right out of an invite!
