Whew! Last night was some kinda night for Sister Wives fans, right? First we got the hour-long Season Finale, "Leaving the Nest," THEN we got the "Sister Wives Tell-All Special" with Natalie Morales. (I'm starting to feel like I know the Brown family better than I know my own, but whatever.)
So did Kody and the Sister Wives really tell all?! Well, they told some, I guess. But more on that in a minute. First, about the Season Finale. Eldest child Logan is the one "leaving the nest," heading out to college in the fall (and not for nothin'? That kid seems more than ready to go!). Too bad he's apparently going to miss out on living in the biggest Brown "nest" yet ...
Because finally, finally, the Browns seem to have hit the real estate jackpot and the four adjacent houses/compound dream will soon be a reality. (What does this guy do for a living again?! Where is all this money coming from?!)
Anyway, as we learned from the tell-some, it could be that the Browns weren't ready for a compound until now. Apparently Meri and Janelle were arch enemies during the early years, and Christine admitted to being "really mean" to Meri. But all the wives jumped to Kody's defense when Natalie Morales got on Kody's case about the whole "spiritual calling" aspect of polygamy.
"So it's not like you chose religion to be a womanizer," she said.
"I strongly disagree with that," said Kody, then went on and on about all the "emotional work" he's put into each relationship and how he's I "shouldered their needs" and what not, and all the wives smiled and looked relatively content. And so Season 3 of Sister Wives didn't exactly end with a bang, but as the possibility of a 5th wife is still on the table, Season 4 might open with one.
What do you see happening next for the Sister Wives?

He is not a womanizer. He is an insecure joke of a man who uses these women to stroke his ego. That is harsh but its true, having these wives make him feel important because you can tell he was never taken seriously (just watch the episode where he meets up with high school "friends".All the wives obviously hate each other. If they "wanted this lifestyle" then they would want to all live in the same house but they all want to separate themselves from the other women because they (naturally) don't like the other women who are screwing their husbands. These ladies need to realize their worth and take their children out of this misogynistic situation. Kody likes to brag about being cool with these wives, as if he thinks other men are impressed. In Mexico, he told his tour guide that he has 4 wives and before the tour guide could even react, Kody says to Meri "He's thinkin' you da man, Kody!" I don't think so, as they're Catholic.
The wives are less than bright and pretty homely so they believe they deserve this life. 1/4 of a real marriage? SMFH...
Haha sorry Robin you're old news already...
Total agree JessSaysNo. If they all fully wanted to have this lifestyle they would all live together, no 4 plex, no compound just one big ass house. And for that matter they would share not only their home but their children. There is a lot of oh well these are my kids and oh well those are her kids not mine they should all be taking care of each other. If your willing to subject your children to such a lifestyle you sure as hell better be ready to fully commit to it. Other wise join the rest of us in having one spouse each.
LOL how only KODY spoke... hmmmmmmmmm
I don't think JessSaysNo has any idea what she's talking about.
I lost the very little respect I had for Kody when he said on television that he thought Christine was "gross" How embarrassing for her.
