Kris JennerKris Jenner was patting herself on the back at the beginning of tonight's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians for abandoning her planned rendezvous with ex-boyfriend, Todd Waterman. There she was on her way to meet up with him with no one the wiser, when she had a change of heart. 

She said she just couldn't do it; that it felt wrong, so she turned her car around. Good for her; at least she did something right. But she was clearly in the wrong on many other accounts. She may not think she crossed any line, but she was clearly on the other side of faithful marital behavior. 

Infidelity doesn't have to include any physical contact; it just means being disloyal to one's partner, which she clearly was. By even heading out the door to meet Todd -- and purposefully NOT telling Bruce and her family where she was going -- she crossed the line. Then after the fact, she headed off to family vacation in the Dominican Republic with nary a word about the whole thing.

Fortunately, she got busted.

Kourtney -- who was being a royal pain of a pregnant diva -- unleashed when Kris (who sure likes to drink her wine) started in on her and her relationship with Scott Disick ... when Scott was right there. Kourt shot back: "I’m definitely not going to take relationship advice from you who’s going and meeting with people from her past. It’s disrespectful to Bruce."

Bruce was furious, and Kris was shocked as he stormed off. "I am at a loss for words at this point," he said. "Why would she even make contact with this Todd?"

The rest of the family followed. And Kris Jenner sat alone ... protesting that they all were making a big deal out of nothing. But they weren't.  She was wrong, and if she had some need to meet up with Todd, she should have discussed it with Bruce. It was nice to see the whole family stand up for Bruce.

Khloe dealt the final stinging blowing, "You said if and when you were going to meet up with him, you’d tell Bruce first. You’re a liar." Ouch ... but accurate.

I'm sure they'll work it out next week, and family vacay will resume with its wild and fun shenanigans. Kris will probably come to realize the error of her ways and  may even apologize. But what I'm sure she won't express any remorse over is perhaps the worst aspect of it all -- that she's using this painful experience from the past, one that tore her entire family apart and caused her children intense pain, to rake in the ratings. I said it last week, and I'll say it again: Shame on her.
