'50 Shades of Grey' Movie: 5 Actresses Who Would Make a Perfect Katherine Kavanagh (PHOTOS)
I'm a bit late to the Fifty Shades of Grey frenzy that has set the world -- and at least a few bedrooms -- on fire since it was launched. But I finally finished the first book, and I can definitely see what the fuss is all about. Now, like everyone else, I want to SEE the fuss on the big screen.
I've barely gotten into the second book, but I've already been creating my cast wish list for the movie to come. It changes a lot with every new chapter I read, but one of the characters I'm most intrigued by beyond the obvious stars, Christian and Anastasia, is Katherine (Kate) Kavanagh, Ana's BFF.
She seems so put together, spunky, composed, and charismatic. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if she'd been in that interview instead of Anastasia. Here are five hot Hollywood actresses I can imagine playing the role.

Plenty of people agree she should have a starring role in the film, though there's debate as to if she'd make a better Anastasia or Katherine. I think with her composure and high-class vibe, she's much more of a Katherine.

Am I the only one who thinks that this book should NOT be made into a movie? Sure it would be fun to see but a HUGE part of this book is the BDSM component and that won't be able to be portrayed without making the rating NC-17. To tone it down would remove the part of the book that the people are passionate about. The love story is nice...but is it movie worthy? What makes this book different from every other romance book....the BDSM component...so how can you take that out? I just imagine the movie would be very watered down, boring and generic. Leave it a book, and let our imaginations make the movie.

Loonah - get off your high horse. No one is saying this is a masterpiece, but a ton of women love it. Get over it. If you don't like the book, don't click on an article about it, simple, heh?
That said, Kate is a blond. This is a silly list of people, only two match her physical description.

Emma Stone is really the only one of these that comes close in my oppionion. On a side note, I hate when the make movies and the actors/actresses don't resimble or portray the character correctly. Like the move "one for the money". LOVED the book, but the movie sucked!
