Despite all the vicious spats during her time on The Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny Frankel has no hard feelings and even watches the new season.
She's over her crazy pants feuds with former castmates Kelly Bensimon and onetime BFF Jill Zarin.
On a recent episode of her new talk show Bethenny, the reality star said:
I wish Jill the best. I wish Kelly the best. Honestly, it was an experience that I'll never forget and the year with the first five of us is definitely very nostalgic. It makes me feel old and that feels like freshman year in high school.
Old? How about mortified. The show was one big cycle of cocktails, couture, and catfights.
Even Frankel admitted it's far from the show she originally signed up for. "It was just about women who had children and were married and it was kind of more fun and playful," she said. "Then it got crazy. Then it got really crazy and it was a different show."
Entertaining? I didn't miss an episode. Though actually dealing with those women must have been hell. I can't imagine willingly taking a walk down that dagger-filled memory lane.
But Bethenny has no regrets. She credits the show for getting her to where she is now -- which is clearly the most successful ex-housewife in the franchise's history. She even keeps up with all the ongoing drama. "Do I still watch it? I don't watch it religiously but I'll sometimes catch up," she said. At the very least it must make her grateful for escaping when she did.
Are you surprised Bethenny has forgiven Jill and Kelly? Can you believe she still watches the show?
