Major jerk alert! With any luck, Bachelorette Emily Maynard will see right through Ryan Bowers's chiseled jaw and perfectly sculpted six pack.
In a teaser to the next episode, the Georgia pro sports trainer reveals his true motives for being on the show -- to get rich and famous!
Of course, to her face, he's all about finding true love and making a commitment, but he tells another contestant the real deal:
"When this whole thing is done [and] I'm involved with the media back home, I'm going to say 'Let's do The Bachelor: Ryan.' I would be ready to open my heart up and it would be great for everybody to see."
Later, he even has the nerve to quip, "Isn't it great when you're able to use a position like this?"
Total tool, right? I'm not going to pretend like this is a huge shocker -- most of these guys are in it for their 15-minutes of fame. But couldn't he at least fake it until week five? I didn't have a lot of sympathy for Emily until now. With guys like these, she's way better off single.

Really? I'm sure that's all Emily is in it for too... You'd have to be an idiot to do these shows otherwise.
I don't watch the show just because of all the press these shows get (both the Bachelorette and the Bachelor) and really, aren't they all creeps - both the men and the women? Aren't they all on the show for the exposure?
It's all so fake. How can anyone truly find 'the one' while drumming up drama for the ratings?
WELL I THINK, SHE'S SEEING RED FLAGS. YOU CAN SEE IT IN HER EYES. Ryan's history,
A big fake pile of crapola! Wish these shit shows would leave. Tell me how these men an women aren't just a fancy version of male and female prostitutes? They go on these shows, sleep with a bunch of different men and women for money and notoriety. Sounds like a prostitute to me.
He's prematurly balding anyway, so she's got the last laugh.
For other women that are single and no children fine if you choose this kind of forum to find a man fine. But for a woman serious about finding a GOOD mate that has concerns about her child and having a girl no doubt this is the wrong way, shes better off doing it the old fashioned way meet and greet, grocery store, church LOL etc. But NOT a TV show.........Bad choice!
