Toddlers and Tiaras, is a new reality show on TLC that begins in late January. If you don't know about the beauty pageant scene, read Cafe Cynthia's interview with one of our own CafeMom members. Cafe Cynthia saw a sneak peek of the new TLC show, check out her review on Toddler Buzz.
One of my fave daytime shows on TLC, 10 Years Younger, is coming to prime time in February. The show transforms people's lives by helping them look 10 years younger. I wish someone would come to me and help me look younger!

I love watching 10 Years Younger! I no longer have the "instant tv guide" for our cable service anymore, so I no longer know when anything is on :(
Toddlers and Tiaras....the attitudes on even just the commercial for that show make me sad for those little girls. Their lying mothers and infatuation with winning rather than having a fair competition or doing it for fun... it's really, really heartbreaking to me. What are these little girls learning???
I really don't think that pageants are a good idea for little girls, so I won't be watching Toddlers and Tiaras.
I won't be watching "Toddlers and Tiaras" either. It makes me sick to see those babies with so much makeup on their little faces.
The makeover one, sure, if I'm bored and it's on, I'll watch it.
The pageant one, I would sooner do dishes, because all it would do is anger me.
You should watch "Toddlers and Tiaras", before you judge everyone. We are going to be on there and we are not your typical pageant people.
I grew up in a Southern family. We have some family members who were active in pageants and loved the experience. I am interested to watch it and would love to get your perspective, Pageant Mawmaw.
