Say what you will about Aubrey O'Day, but the Celebrity Apprentice contestant certainly knows how to get her name in the news. Whether she's (still) talking about being fired from Diddy's girl group Danity Kane, dishing about Arsenio Hall's slut remark, or wearing next to nothing on the red carpet, she has a knack for finding her way into our Google searches. This go round, we're wondering how she'll fair on Sunday night's episode of Donald Trump's reality show -- it's then when we'll find out whether she, Arsenio, or Clay Aiken will get fired, but something tells me Aubrey has nothing to worry about.
Even though she temporarily left the show after a spat in the boardroom and has spared with numerous teammates, Aubrey has a certain je ne sais quoi. And no, that's not French for "enormous boobs in a small dress."
I have to admit, Aubrey's surprised me. I thought she'd be ... dumb. I'm sorry! I did. But you know, she isn't. She's very well-spoken, she has great ideas, she's very participatory and has an impressive take-charge attitude. Don't be fooled by her beyond cheesy sense of style -- under all those layer of self-tanner is a bright young woman.
Besides our real estate acumen, Trump and I also have our appreciation for the under-dog in common. I think he likes Aubrey because what you see is not what you get. Bet you anything she'll have a spot in the Celebrity Apprentice finals.
Her brief break from the show might come back to haunt her, but odds are she'll be safe. I'm banking that Arsenio goes home and it's a Clay Aiken/ Aubrey O'Day all-ginger final.
One thing's certain, though. Regardless if Aubrey's fired or continues on to be the winner, we'll be hearing a lot from and about her in the next few weeks. Her biggest talent just might be getting people to talk about her, and when you're trying to make a living as a reality TV celeb, that's probably the only talent you need.
Do you think Aubrey could win it all?

I never heard of Aubry before CA so my feelings towards her are based solely on what I've seen on the show. I will agree she's a brigh young lady when t comes to creative marketing, but her narcisiistic personality is abismal. From her racist impersonations of the Latino ladies on her team to her absolute imcabibility to acknowledge the strengths of her fellow team members, she has lost a great deal of my respect. And the fact that she is playing for GLISEN yet has spurted off a number of slurs against Clay and Arsinio that are offensive to the Gay community is just terrible. Even the Trump Jr's have called her out on her narcisismm in the board room. And no, I am not a prude or jealous. I am apalled by her personality, not her looks. I had a lot of respect for Dayana (The beauty queen), who may have been quieter and less suited for the game, but she had grace and dignity.
No, actually Aubrey O'Day does NOT have a shot at willing Celebrity Apprentice. I'm not sure which of the many possible reasons Trump chooses to let her go (because there truly are dozens), but he most assuredly will. Aubrey isn't interested in team play or doing real business. Aubrey is only interested in Aubrey. She is crude and disrespectful to her fellow players. She has some ideas, but lots of people have ideas. She runs over everyone else and when she doesn't get her way, she blames other people and says she was bullied. She's very childish. I can't imagine any employer wanting her. In addition, not that it has anything to do with anything, I don't think she's physically attractive at all. She's clownish. Arsenio has done very little to deserve winning this competition, but I won't be surprised if Trump chooses him. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump had already chosen him before the show began. I think he's done that before with Joan Rivers. Clay, on the other hand, has shown more talents, worked harder, been a better team player, and showed more respect for his teammates than anyone else. He hasn't done everything perfectly, but he's the perfect choice for the win.
I pray she won't win. She's nothing but a lying snot. I'd never even heard of her before so I'm sure not jealous nor a prude. You're either a team player and a nice person or you're not. She's NOT.
