Khloe KardashianAs rumors circulate that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are headed for divorce, it was interesting to see tonight's episode of Khloe & Lamar in which the whole saga over Lamar's trade to the Dallas Mavericks unfolded. While it was a process that was a lot more difficult than anyone let on at the time, seeing how they handled it makes me even more inclined to believe that their marriage is still strong and will be strong for a long time to come.

There were so many ups and downs in the whole process after the NBA lockout, and it all happened so quickly. When Khloe boarded her plane to New York, she didn't know they would be moving, but by the time she landed, she got word that Lamar had been traded to New Orleans.

That barely sank in before that deal was off, and he was a Laker again. With no interest in playing for a team that didn't want him, the wait was on for a team that would take him. Finally, they got word that their new home would be Dallas.

Though we saw it play out in the headlines before, seeing the major stress it all brought on for them both behind the scenes was another matter. It certainly wouldn't be surprising if their marriage was rocked by those events, not to mention the reported infertility they've faced. Instead of dwelling on the negatives, however, they embraced the trade and the move like they seemingly do everything else -- with support for one another.

"Lamar is my number one priority, so I just have to stay strong and fake it until we make it," Khloe said. That's exactly the kind of attitude one needs to make a marriage work. It was certainly a lot different than that of her sister, Kim, who just couldn't ever see moving to Minnesota for Kris Humphries. Different people and different marriages for sure, but hopefully they'll also have very different outcomes.

Khloe recently shot down rumors about their marital problems and tweeted a link to her web page in which she posted a series of pictures of her and Lamar. She wrote:

Hi my loves! Just wanted to post a few pics that I’ve tweeted of me and my hubby recently. It’s been over two years and I still feel like the luckiest girl in the world every single day! There’s no greater feeling than being in love :)

Based on tonight's episode and Khloe's response to rumors, I'm inclined to believe the rumors are just that -- rumors. Hopefully they'll keep proving them wrong for years to come. They're just too good together to be apart.

Do you think Khloe and Lamar will last, or do you believe the rumors about their impending divorce? Are you rooting for them?
