Sounds like she never had any intention of calling it quits, and although she's not throwing stones, she's making it clear that Peter was pretty much the one who called time on their relationship. And for one of the silliest reasons I could possibly imagine ...

Jennie told People that her ex's sudden rise to fame -- you know, becoming a Cullen in the wildly successful Twilight series and starring in Nurse Jackie on Showtime -- contributed to their downfall. So sad!

She explained:

Maybe he's just hitting his stride as an actor and that's interesting to him. He deserves to do with that success whatever he wants to do with it. … We want different things now.

Booo hiss to that! Sure people change and grow and want different things, but come on, how could Peter possibly think his recent success should trump the Facinelli Five?! This family was so incredibly adorable! (Can't get over their sweet little girls having to go through this ...)

To throw all of that away because all of a sudden, you're starring in a global film phenomenon that, err, is coming to a close by the end of this year? Totally lame. Because, hello, it's not like there's going to be a Dr. Cullen spinoff that's going to make Peter the next Brad Pitt or even the next RPatz. Pfft!

Oh well. In the end, if their marriage really ended because success has gone to his head, it's a damn shame. But if that's truly the case, Jennie deserves better anyway.
