I totally admire French actress Emmanuelle Beart for coming forward to warn the world about the dangers of plastic surgery. It can't be easy to talk about the botched lip job that ruined her formerly perfect pout, but she's telling it like it is: "Today I would say, ‘I am against plastic surgery' ... It’s a grave act. An act that touches our soul. It was frightening.”

Beart isn't the only celeb who regrets going under the knife. While most stay mum on the subject, there are a few stars out there who've openly admitted to being unhappy with the way they looked post-surgery ...
