Shortly after breaking things off with the handsome-but-seldom-seen Alex Loudon, Pippa Middleton reportedly has a new love in her life. Well, not technically new. But new to us. Well, new to those of us who don't stalk the Middleton sisters and their every move at least. So not me. She's rumored to be dating George Percy. If you're up on royal gossip, you know him as the dude Pippa went to Spain with shortly after the royal wedding -- and the dude she's previously been linked to.

I really think Pippa oughta just stay single right now, as the world's lips are currently placed firmly on her perfect bum, but I guess if she has to date someone, it may as well be Percy. This dude's a baller, yo.

Who is George Percy? Well, for starters he's a 27-year-old earl and the heir to the Duke of Northumberland, one of the richest and most prestigious titles in England. His family owns Alnwick Castle, which was used as the setting for Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter movies -- and, of course, that piece of real estate is only part of their $500 million estate. His trust-fund reportedly hooks him up with almost $400,000 a year. But he's no chump. Apparently, after graduating from University of Edinburgh (where he met Pippa) with a geography degree, Percy started his own business. Oh yeah, and according to sources, he's "very smitten and completely in love" with Pippa.

So, yeah, he's a good catch, but still -- I think Pippa should stay single for a little while before getting involved with someone again. She's wildly in-demand right now -- not just by men, by the world. It would serve her -- and us -- if she took a few more years to sow her wild oats. Think of all the fun photos!

As of now, nothing's been confirmed by Pippa or by George, so maybe all of this is just a pile of malarkey. It's probably not, though. Where there's smoke, there's fire. And where there's Percy, there's a big ol' pile of cash.
