No matter how many slaps on the wrist she gets from a judge or how many times she's ripped by the media for being a total mess, Lindsay Lohan can't seem to get off the express track to trainwreck hell. Given her wackadoo behavior, it's not crazy to think maybe she's hopeless and/or she just doesn't care anymore! But at least one person cares -- one person who claims she really wants to help LiLo turn her life around. That would be one Courtney Love. Uh ... huh.
Yes, the very same Courtney Love who is known for her shoe-throwing antics, swearing, ranty emails, and all-around erratic, nonsensical, bizarre, drug-fueled behavior. Total joke, right? Or ... maybe not.
The former Mrs. Kurt Cobain has walked a mile -- or two, or three -- in Lindsay's shoes. She claims she's even tried to use herself as an example to scare the actress into changing her ways. She told Details:
I went up to Lindsay's room one time and there was a show on called "101 Celebrity Oops" and I am like every other one, you know -- boobs out, legs everywhere, throwing s--t at Madonna, you know, whatever. I'm like "Lindsay, look! Drugs are bad!"
Hmm. Wow, what most of us would give to be a fly on the wall in that room. Who the heck knows how LiLo reacted to that?! Still, good for Courtney for trying to pass on some wisdom and support to someone who is so out of control. The Hole singer said her own sobriety coach, Orlando Bloom, helped her complete a 12-step program to kick her drug habit back in 2008. So, maybe she really is clean, then! And maybe she really is the best person for the job of helping LiLo turn things around. Geesh, at this point, Lord knows the girl needs all the help she can get.
What do you think about Courtney acting as LiLo's sobriety coach?

Alot of sobriety coaches are former addicts themselves. No one is exempt from bad behavior when under the influence. Courtney's behavior just happened to be very public. If she really think she can help and it isn't a publicity stunt more power to her.
I agree with Kritika.
Sobriety coach??? Is this in addition to a sponsor...or do famous people just REALLY need a fancy name for it?
