Say it ain't so, Biebs, say it ain't so! On Monday, a California woman named Mariah Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, saying that he's the father of her 3-month-old son Trystan. That news alone was beyond frightening. However, today, Star magazine has an exclusive interview with Yeater and photos of Justin's alleged son. The 20-year-old woman claims she and the Biebs hooked up at a concert in October 2010, and now she's looking for child support.
Yeater's account of that night is very detailed and potentially life-altering for both Justin and his fans. The Biebs we all know is a nice guy. He's the gushy hopeless romantic we gawked over in his new "Mistletoe" video and the guy we welcomed into our homes last Christmas! He's NOT someone who would have unprotected sex in a dirty bathroom with a girl he just met! At least, I surely hope not.

If photos of the baby aren't enough to digest, Yeater's very descriptive account of what she says happened the night of October 25, 2010 will push you over the edge. Yeater tells Star:
After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone -- a bathroom. We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At that time I asked him to put on a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.
It's alright. I gasped out loud the first time I read it, too. Could Yeater actually be talking about the same Justin Bieber whose mother told the press that he wanted to stay pure (AKA a virgin) and treat women with respect last year?
If these allegations are true, it puts the pop star in such a totally different light. It's an image-ruiner, for sure. As a role model, Justin is supposed to be honest and approachable, not skeevy. The way Trystan's mom describes the encounter makes it seem a tad sketchy too, after Justin "refused to use a condom." Man, I thought the Bill Clinton story was bad. This is WAY more devastating.
I can't help but wonder: What will mothers tell their overly obsessed daughters with Bieber Fever about his "bathroom encounter"? More importantly: What will happen to Bieber's career? Or his girlfriend Selena Gomez!? I know personally, I won't be able to watch him sing "Baby" without breaking into full-on hysterics. So young. So innocent. Or so we thought.
I 100 percent REFUSE to believe that Bieber is actually the father of this child. Not without proof. If I know anything about Hollywood, I have a feeling this is something his team would want to cover up as best as they can so no one finds out about it. I'm just hoping it won't have to come to that.

I think its true. Why would she risk jail to say she had his kid?
I think anyone who believes this boy is all sweet & innocent is a bit goofy. Think about it. I dont doubt for a second that this could have happened,, and shes probly not the first girl he tried to let on like it was his first time with. I cant see why in the world she would come forward with all this only to be humiliated off the face of the earth if its proven false,,, but time will tell,,, and NO this boy is not all sweet & innocent. They sell him as innocent but thats all about making money,, just like any other heart throb money maker,, until the Dr Dre' bubble gets busted.! lol
If it was all lies why would these girl risk getting arrested for having under age sex(statutory rape) with JB?
Personally, I have no say on him,i am not a fan or a hater of him, just another young lad singing his way to success but come on now, why would this girl risk a criminal record for statutory rape if the baby wasn't JB's.
Isn't that considered statutory rape? Even if it was consensual she was 3 years older and he was still legally a minor I hope that she will be charged and prosecuted .......
