bruce willisYou know how we've all been giddily, greedily devouring every teensy, tangy morsel of bad news to hit the tabloids about Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher? (The latest? Moore and one of her daughters paid a visit to Kutcher on the Two and a Half Men set last week. Though they smiled and looked affectionate when people were watching, at least one news outlet sensed residual vibes, calling the set visit "cozy but tense.")

Well, it turns out that while we've been focused on each tiny detail of Moore and Kutcher's possibly troubled marriage -- Is he wearing his wedding ring? Was that angry shouting coming from the trailer on his set? -- a big thing has apparently happened to Moore's ex, Bruce Willis, which we may want to note: Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, are expecting a baby!

I know, I know, yawn. Where's the fun in good news? But come on, can't ol' Bruce, who is fathering this child at age 56 with his 35-year-old wife, get a little respect for reaching a new happy milestone in his comparatively modest and unassuming almost-three-year-old marriage?

I know what you really want to know is how does this make Demi feel? (Willis, as you may remember, has three daughters, ages 23, 20, and 17, with Moore.) Still, let's, for the moment at least, merely wish the happy, expectant couple well. Here's to a little good news from the greater Moore-Kutcher-Willis family.

Happy celebrating, guys. Raise a toast! Hoist a glass. Wait, Ashton, could you maybe hoist that glass a little higher? We just want to see if you're wearing your ring.
