star magazine demi mooreTrying to follow whatever's going on with the alleged Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore divorce has me a tad bit exhausted. First, they were going at it on Twitter. Then, it was a publicity stunt. Toss in a love child and a one-night fling for good measure and, well, now I just can't even keep my facts straight anymore. But that's what we have Star magazine for, right?

The celeb gossip mag is taking this shebang to a whole new level in their latest issue, claiming that they have THE photos that ended Ashton and Demi's marriage. I'm gonna be honest -- I checked out these photos from Ashton's $4,000-a-night hotel room at the Hard Rock in San Diego, and if I were Demi Moore (a girl can dream, eh?), I would have ended a marriage over them, too.

First things first -- the photos we're talking about in Star are super blurry. But what we can see here is Ashton sitting around with four hot girls in a hotel bathroom.

In the next spread, it's a close-up again showing Ashton in the bathroom, as well as a snapshot of the bed in which "the deed" supposedly happened. That's not a totally slimy way to go at this sort of thing at all ...

Are these exclusive photos anything scandalous? Do they prove that Ashton cheated on Demi? No, not at all. Aside from the completely unrelated photo of Ashton's rumored hookup buddy Sara Leal smoking from a bong to prove that drugs "could have" been involved, they're pretty tame. To me, it simply looks like Ashton's just being a massive creeper, hanging out with girls that are totes 10 years younger than him, by himself, in a hotel room while his wife and stepkids are at home. No. Big. Deal.

What the hell am I saying? OF COURSE, IT'S A BIG DEAL.

It doesn't even matter if there's no photo proof of Ashton and Sara Leal naked in bed together. If I were Demi, I sure as hell wouldn't want my husband gallivanting around with these Snooki wannabes, especially in his personal hotel room. And what's even worse is that these photos match up exactly with all the crazy stories we're hearing of the wild night that started all this hoopla. Nevertheless, one thing I do know is that it really seems like the Kutchers are probably dunzo. And you know what? I think they'll both be better for it.
